By accessing or using CollabDesk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including creators, brands, and any other parties who access the platform.
2. Description of Service
CollabDesk is a creator operations platform that provides tools for managing campaigns, sending invoices, building media kits, and tracking analytics. The Service is designed to help content creators run and grow their creator businesses.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Collect or harvest user data without consent
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant CollabDesk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
CollabDesk and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. CollabDesk is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorize CollabDesk to access and use information from that account as permitted by the third-party service and these Terms.
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CollabDesk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
